383 DESIGN STUDIO
is a full service design studio specializing in fashion, graphic, and educational services for the fashion and fashion related industries.

We offer all of the following services:
• fashion, graphic and product design
• computer aided design (CAD)
• workshops and one on one training in Adobe Illustrator® and Photoshop® for the fashion industry

Mikelle L. Drew, owner and head designer of 383 Design Studio, has been working in fashion since 1997. Much of her design work has focused on women’s activewear, working as an associate designer and senior designer for companies such as Jacques Moret and Danskin. During her years working full-time, she also began freelancing in the evenings and weekends. In early 2005, she began consulting full-time.

Mikelle has been using the computer as a design tool since 1994 when she was introduced to CAD at the University of Delaware in the Apparel Design program. She also began teaching and tutoring as an undergraduate: mentoring other design students, working as a teaching assistant and teaching classes here and there when needed.

She has since expanded her skills and has become proficient in Adobe Illustrator® and Photoshop® and fluent in various other software programs. As her skills increased, Mikelle began to informally tutor colleagues. Eventually, her informal tutoring evolved into formal one-on-one training sessions and teaching the CAD for Fashion Workshops that are now offered by 383 Design Studio.In addition to teaching, she still works on many of the studio's design projects.
